The UK's Channel 4 got a punk rock singer to try and fake being a conductor. Fortunately this story turned out to be a fairy tale. But as most often happens, only through the motivation of a devastating personal blow - one can come out of it with gutso, or give up. The orchestra gave him some focus, a challenge, and an unexpected tremendous revival of confidence and self-awareness.
